(Exxon probably started this rumor BYW) I think the "standards" could use a lot of improvement. They have kept us from increasing refining capacity for 30yrs, each state dictates its on "special blend" according to their own regulations which prevents gas refined for AZ from being sold in CA if needed to meet demand. I could go on... Then there are special "fuel taxes"... _________________________________________
